It may seem incredible, but it is true. Eye exercises are known to treat astigmatism. Just like any other muscle in the body, eye muscles also need to be used constantly to prevent them from becoming lax. Therefore, it is important to keep your eye muscles active throughout the day. Just looking at the computer screen or the road in front of you while driving doesn’t put a total strain on your muscles. Additional eye exercises are a must. - Repeat for all clock positions.

Exercise 2. Eye massage

The exercise should be performed in the following steps:
- Close your eyes, then place two fingers on each of your eyelids.
- With light pressure, slowly move your fingers in a circular motion up and down and right to left.
- Move your fingers clockwise and counter clockwise.
- Repeat 10 to 15 times, and perform 2 to 4 times a day.

- Take out a book.
- Place an object next to it. After reading a paragraph in the book, focus on the object.
